History of SDIL and ZAspot

The domain ZAspot.cz is owned by SDIL Building Automotive (SDIL). The company headquarters is located in Brno at Štefánikova 46. The company was founded in 2021 by Pavel Trkan. SDIL started as a construction company focusing on monolithic structures and sales of building materials from Poland. In 2022, the company's turnover was 16 million CZK. In 2023, SDIL installed the first Moduloparking parking systems in the Czech Republic for MIG company. In 2024, SDIL began selling AUTEL products. In 2025, SDIL is the representative of MODULOparking.com and AUTEL.com in the Czech Republic with turnover approaching 40 million CZK.

The multinational company AUTEL is a leading global manufacturer of diagnostic equipment, motor vehicles and EV vehicles. SDIL provides distribution and service of AUTEL products in the Czech Republic. In 2025, the product range was expanded to include AUTELenergy.com charging systems. AUTEL chargers have a working range of 7 kW to 1.5 MW and excel in technological sophistication and reliability. Technologies like Auto charge, Plug and charge, or extended 10-year warranty prove this.

In 2025, SDIL registered the domain ZAspot.cz to support not only AUTEL chargers, but electromobility as a whole. This memorable domain carries the idea that everyone likes to refuel cheaply and easily, which is almost impossible today. ZAspot.cz aims to help every EV owner in the Czech Republic find all charging points in one place, plan their route and know the speed and price of stations along the way. ZAspot.cz also aims to ensure that EV station operators in the Czech Republic don't have to pay unreasonable registration fees and can offer customers the same convenience of card payment as at gas stations.

Information for Former ChargeUp Users

ChargeUp, which provided top solutions in the field of electric vehicle charging - including design, projection, delivery and installation of charging stations, back-end system for their management, and application for end-users - has been sold and no longer exists.

ChargeUp proudly supported the development of the electric car industry in Europe and contributed to improving the environment.

ZAspot is an app for smart electric vehicle charging with dynamic spot pricing. It helps you automatically charge during the cheapest hours and save up to 40% compared to fixed tariffs.

Electricity prices on the OTE spot market change every 15 minutes based on supply and demand. At night and on weekends, prices are usually 50–70% lower than during peak hours. ZAspot automatically tracks these prices and schedules charging during the cheapest time windows.

On average, you can save 30-40% compared to fixed tariffs. With a consumption of 270 kWh per month, this means savings of up to 780 CZK per month (9,360 CZK per year). Specific savings depend on your charging habits and current market prices.

You can charge at all AUTEL charging stations in the ZAspot network throughout the Czech Republic. Find stations in the ZAspot app with information about availability, power, and current price. We support AC charging (7-22 kW) and DC fast charging.

Payment is automatic through the ZAspot app. We support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and payment cards (Visa, Mastercard). We charge only the actual energy consumed (price per kWh) plus a service fee of 0.50 CZK/kWh (excl. VAT). No monthly fees or hidden charges.

No, you don't need to change your electricity supplier. ZAspot works independently - you pay spot prices directly for charging at our stations. Your home tariff remains unchanged.

Yes, ZAspot works year-round. In winter, dynamic prices are even more advantageous because the difference between day and night prices is usually greater. You can also use the vehicle preheating function during charging, which saves battery energy and increases range.

Yes, all AUTEL charging stations are certified and regularly inspected. Each station has protective elements against overload, short circuit, and overheating. Payment is secured with encryption and we don't store any credit card data. We have 24/7 technical support.
