Connector connection
- Price incl. VAT per connector and month.
- Up to 10 of your own users (employees, family, tenants) charge without the sales fee — they pay only for the electricity.
- Your own users can be shared across all your locations.
Sales to third parties
- Excl. VAT, rate depends on contract volume.
- Charged only on energy sold outside the owner's group.
- Charging by the owner's own users is free of charge.
Payment terminal
- Drivers pay by card right at the station on a certified Global Payments terminal — ZAspot supplies the software that connects the terminal to the charger.
- Payments go from Global Payments directly to the station owner.
- ZAspot never holds or handles the money.
Included
How billing works
The 99 CZK is charged per connected connector and per calendar month — not per station. A station with two connectors therefore costs 198 CZK per month.
The invoice is generated automatically by the ZAspot system from actual charging data for the past month. We bill monthly in arrears, payable within 14 days.
We review every statement before we send it — session counts, kWh sold and prices all have to add up. The full breakdown down to individual charging sessions is available in your account at any time.
Partner model
If the station owner is our partner, they get the option of Hubject roaming and the ZAspot payment terminal.
They sign the contract directly with Global Payments and the money goes directly to them — ZAspot never holds or handles the funds.
We control the terminal within our backend, which can also enable online payments in the app. We forward these to the partner in the settlement period together with the invoice for services — the monthly fees and the fees per sold kWh.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does '10 users free' mean?
For each connector you can register up to 10 of your own users — e.g. employees, family members or tenants. Their charging does not count as third-party sales, so you pay no 0.3–0.5 CZK/kWh fee on it; only the electricity is paid. Users can be shared across all your locations — ideal for companies, apartment buildings or families.
How does the payment terminal work?
The station has a Global Payments card terminal where drivers pay just like in a shop. ZAspot only supplies the software that connects the terminal to the charger — charging starts automatically after payment. You sign the contract directly with Global Payments and card payments go straight to your account; the transaction fee is approx. 1%.
When is the third-party sales fee charged?
Only on energy sold outside the owner's group — to the public, roaming drivers via Hubject or via the payment terminal. Charging by your own users is free of charge.
What is White-Label?
One-time fee of 9,999 CZK: Your charging stations, the web platform, invoices and the app appear under your own brand with your logo and colors. ZAspot runs invisibly in the background.
